North Attleboro - Plainville Rotary Club is seeking out this year's Rotary Club distinguished Service Awards Recipients

Get ready to lace up those sneakers. Bailey’s Team for Autism, a North Attleborough-based nonprofit organization, kicks off the 5K season on Sunday, April 16. This well-organized run is a professionally measured USATF-certified course that begins at the Payson Street Recreational Complex in Foxboro. This fast, flat course encourages good race time. The run starts at 10 a.m. followed by an accompanying one-mile walk. Non-runners are welcome to join this fundraiser.

Please visit to register.  The entry fee for runners is $35. Walk registration is free; however, a donation to Bailey’s Team is welcome.

Prizes will be awarded to the first three overall run winners (male and female) as well as the top male and female in the following age groups: 12 & under; 13-18; 19-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; and 60+.

The awards presentation follows at 11 a.m. at nearby Conrad’s Restaurant. The post-run gathering at Conrad’s has become a local tradition, with many runners, walkers, families, and friends joining for a wonderful time with a warm family and runner atmosphere. Conrad’s offers a terrific menu and activities and snacks are provided for kids.
