On the Friday and Saturday of Easter weekend, the Stone Ridge Grill & Bar in Plainville cooked and shared meals with first responders.

The United Regional Chamber of Commerce wrote that Chef Rob “prepped and cooked dozens of family Easter dinners on Friday,” and on Saturday he was “cooking 50 meals that were donated to local first responders at the COVID-19 Test Sight in Foxboro.”

One Stone Ridge employee explained that they did this for first responders so it would be “easier for them to have a family dinner over the Easter Holiday. ”

Stone Ridge has customers who are first responders which include Plainville firefighters and paramedics that they have “ gotten to know rather well.”

The meals provided for the first responders were prime rib, turkey, and ham dinners.

The Stone Ridge Grill & Bar are open for take-out, delivery, and pick-up at 60 Man Mar Drive. To order, call 508-316-0758.
