Pursuant to Chapter 41, Section 81J of the Massachusetts General
Laws and Section 4.2.10, Plans for Abandonment of Unaccepted Ways
of the North Attleboro Rules and Regulations Governing the
Subdivision of Land, the North Attleborough Planning Board will hold
a public hearing on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in their
office at 43 South Washington Street, North Attleborough, MA,
pertaining to the following matter:
Application of H1 Lincoln, Inc. DBA Majestic/Balise Honda of 122 Doty
Circle, West Springfield, MA 01089, to abandon a portion of Goodwin
Street, an unaccepted street off of South Washington Street. Goodwin
Street runs approximately 292’ in a Westerly direction off of South
Washington Street. This application proposes to keep the first 140’ +/- of
Goodwin Street from the intersection with South Washington Street but
proposes to abandon the remaining 152’ +/-, specifically the portion which
abuts Lots 86-88 on its Northerly side and Lots 81-83 on its Southerly
side. All lots are located on the Assessors Plat 26 and are within the C-30
Commercial District as shown on the submitted plan drawn by Crossman
Engineering, 103 Commonwealth Avenue, North Attleborough, MA, 02763,
Scale 1″ = 40′, dated November 5, 2019.
Plan may be viewed in the Planning Board office during
regular business hours.
